SYSTEMS
Big Bag Discharge System
Elit Process’ big bag unloading stations are designed for dust-free unloading of bulk materials from various types of big bags. The devices enable the discharge of various fine and granular materials from big bags without product loss and contamination. Big bag unloading stations are one of the bulk material handling solutions offered by Elit Process for efficient and dust-free unloading of powders from big bags.
Suitable for different types of big bags, automatic completion of filling, optionally with fluidization or vibration system to avoid blockages, optional filling level sensor to monitor material level, carbon steel or stainless steel body structure, dedusting system, optional weighing function.
Lean Phase Conveying System
In lean phase conveying, a low-pressure compressor is used to force the material through the pipe as if it were floating in air, without the particles collecting at the bottom of the pipe. Dilute phase conveying is ideal for conveying large amounts of material in a short time because the material can be conveyed at high speeds.
Silo
A silo is a structure used to store bulk materials. Silos are commonly used to store grain, coal, cement, ash, calcite, dust, food, and wood chips. In agriculture, they are also used to store fermented feed, also called silage. Products stored in silos are protected from getting wet in the rain and from heating in the heat. Silos are systems that are properly ventilated and humidity controlled.
Jet Filter
Powdered and granular raw materials may be pulverized in the process. In this dusting, dust collectors, also known as cyclones or filters, are used to separate the material from the air again. Cyclones are equipment that allows the dust to be recovered before the product dust generated in the process reaches the filter or before the air drawn during the process is released into the atmosphere.
PRODUCTS
Rotary Valve
Elit Process offers an excellent range of airlocks for efficient handling of bulk materials, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide you with reliable and high quality cell casters that offer high performance in bulk material handling at the desired time. Airlock is used in chemical, agriculture, food, casting, aggregates, mining and many other industries.
Slide Gate Valve
This type of slide gate valve (knife valve, gate valve) is usually installed at the outlet of silos, loading bellows, hoppers, bunkers, mechanical conveyors or similar gravity-powered discharge/exit points. A gate that moves parallel to the ground inside cuts off or opens the flow.
Iris Valf
The iris valve is a flow control valve, so named because it resembles the iris of a camera. Iris valves are used to control the flow of powder and granular raw materials that are poured by their own weight. They are generally used to control the material flow rate at big bag, sack and hopper outlets.
Butterfly Valve
Butterfly valves are designed to control the flow of free-flowing dry bulk materials. They are typically installed at the outlet of dry bulk storage tanks, silos, hoppers, blowers, mechanical conveyors or similar discharge points.
