Gravity Flap Valves
The Gravity Valve has a movable flap. The angular movement of this moving plate ensures that the material is directed to the desired outlet direction. Trouser valves ensure that the powder and granular raw materials poured with their own weight are directed to the desired position. There are three types of drive mechanisms: Manual, Pneumatic, Electric.

| Features: | Gravity flap valves can have different angles of 30° or 45° depending on the process. Especially the gravity valve with 45° angle can be used symmetrically. Products with other angles may differ depending on the fluidity of the product in the process. The inner plate that makes the orientation has a replaceable feature. There is a position indicator on the valve and it works in harmony with the PLC automation system. |
