Pinch Valve

Pinch Valve

A pinch valve is designed to precisely control or isolate the flow of powders, granules, pellets, and bulk solids in pneumatic conveying lines and pipeline systems. Its flexible sleeve design provides full-bore closure with minimal wear, ensuring excellent sealing performance and reduced maintenance requirements. Because the product only contacts the elastomer sleeve, the valve offers superior resistance to abrasion and minimizes contamination risks. Pinch valves are ideal for handling abrasive, corrosive, or fragile materials without clogging or material buildup. Widely used in chemical, food, cement, mining, and bulk material handling industries, pinch valves deliver reliable operation, extended service life, and efficient process control in conveying, dosing, and shut-off applications.
Working Principle:

Elastic valves (also called pinch valves) are used to control the passage of dust, granules or particles in pipelines. Compressed air is directed to the outer body of the valve and a specially manufactured hose sleeve with high rebound flexibility is pressed. This closes the valve and stops the product flow. It provides a high level of sealing.
